Injuring this character: Discuss it with me first, please. I'm okay with superficial injuries but anything beyond that, we need to talk about. He is in his sixties, after all; he probably shouldn't be trying to fight like a young man anyway.
Killing this character: No thank you.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Sure, but he comes from a universe where reading minds without permission is considered rude and invasive. He's more understanding of abilities that can't be turned off.
